Qualifications Summary
Completed over two hundred hours of accredited education and currently licensed by the State of California at Certified level. Possess four years of extensive Real Estate Appraisal including physical home inspection, market research analysis, income analysis, and the application of practical appraisal principles. Have completed over one thousand five hundred residential appraisal reports. These reports consist of single family residential, duplex & halfplex, condominium, PUD, new construction, multi-family dwellings, residential acreage and custom homes.
Combining the above with over three decades of experience in various customer service based industries at different levels of management has created a strong background and solid work ethic. Having gained experiences in virtually all aspects of the food service and catering industry has shown that proper preparation, attention to presentation, and follow-through are key elements for complete customer satisfaction. The corporate accounting world has installed a talent for focusing on attention to detail, accuracy, and prompt execution of duties in order to achieve successful business relations. The industrial and mechanical service companies excel in their customer relations by having a "get-the-job-done" and a "can-do" attitude. All of this training, experience, and knowledge has formed the recipe for success that is used and applied in the daily operations of 1st Priority Home Appraisals.
